A couple of my good friends (a good couple friend? good friends who also happen to be a couple?) of mine are buying a house, and I was so excited for them that I drew their new house for them! Started out as just a black & white sketch in my sketchbook using the narrow end of a Tombow. Once I got done sketching it, I decided I had to color it too... Here are both the original sketch and then the colored version. I can't say that building are generally a strong suit for me, but I think this turned out decent enough. Enjoy!
